In an age where cash flow can be ever more difficult, adding a pay now button to your Xero invoices can lead to quicker payments by customers.
To do this you will need a Stripe or PayPal account, you will need to create your sales invoices from within Xero and you will need to e-mail your invoices to your customers.
If you do your invoicing through Xero like this already then adding a pay now button to your invoices will allow your customers to click on it as soon as they receive your invoice; they will be able to pay you by credit / debit card, Apple pay or PayPal instantly, thus streamlining and improving your cash flow. Please note there are charges for both Stripe and PayPal services.
To add the pay now button, click on your business name in the top left-hand corner, go to settings, click on payment services and follow the instructions on screen.
