9 staff and partner from Carlisle office completed the 5k Race For Life raising £1,930 for Cancer Research UK. With Gift Aid added the total raised is £2,368.75.
It was a carnival atmosphere at Bitts Park on a Sunday morning in late May, when lots of people from Carlisle and Cumbria came together to remember those affected by cancer, whilst raising money for a worthwhile charity.
As a team we ran in Memory of Tony Kneale who worked in our Carlisle office and sadly died in April 2022 from Cancer. He was a dear friend and colleague to everyone at Saints. We also celebrated Milena Dziewiatkowska, age 33, who also works in our Carlisle office, who has recently beaten cancer. As well as remembering our family and friends who have been lost to or been affected by cancer.
