South Lakeland District Council, Eden District Council and Dumfries and Galloway council have all launched their application processes for the grants inviting eligible businesses to complete an online form.

At the time of writing 31 March 2020, Carlisle City Council haven’t launched their online process yet, but have said they will contact eligible businesses that may qualify for payments from the grant funding via their business rates billing address. https://www.carlisle.gov.uk/news-and-events/coronavirus-9
